Funny thing, I finished boot camp right when the time change happened. It was dark outside and the were no lights, so really dangerous and unsafe. I told myself then when the time change came back around that I would do another boot camp session. Well, here we are again, another time change.....WOW, time flies!
Unfortunately, I probably won't do another session until closer to April or May (if I do one) but I have promised my self, STARTING NOW, to get back in the habit of working out regularly again.
Matt and I started the week off great! We went hiking on Sunday morning. Poor guy! He thought he was going to die on
Also, this week, my friends Dana and Tai are going to start this class with me called Piloxing. It is Pilates and Kickboxing mixed together. I am super pumped about this. We are going to do this once a week, probably Wednesdays.
In addition to that and hiking, I am going to start RUNNING AGAIN!! I haven't been running at night bc it is just too dangerous to run alone at night but now with the time change coming, I am going to commit my Monday and Tuesday evenings to a jog.
Well, I'll keep yall posted and when I get an idea for a poll or some guts to post before and after pictures I will!!
