Day 13 and 14, Wednesday and Thursday

Lets begin with OUCH!!!

Holey Canoley!! Wednesday was HARD. I was DIEING. We did some major running and tricep work out. Not sure if I have previously mentioned this or not but we got a new trainer. His name is TJ. Really cool guy. Very nice. Well, during his first week which was his "training" week we told him that this was smiley bootcamp. He proceeded to tell us that he was a former MARINE!! YIKES!!

Well, that week we got him to smile, so we assumed it wouldn't be so bad. So this Tuesday was his first day with us as a trainer and MAN IT WAS HARD!!! After class I told him and Kia (our other trainer) that was the hardest class so far this session. UGH!!! The other girls (it was all girls Tuesday) agreed. The veteran bootcampers said that the absolute hardest class was TJ's roommates 2nd to last class before he moved away (he was a former trainer). I guess TJ's roommate had some aggression to take out on the class. ANYWAY, TJ was proud to have one of the toughest classes thus far!!

Well, crude I should have kept my mouth. TODAY WAS BY FAR WAY HARDER!!! Our trainers were TJ and Brian (the owner). We started with warm ups, some abs and more warms ups. Then we ran a hard mile. I have already taken 1 min and 45 secs off my mile!! It was great! Then we did more abs, push ups, triceps!! and SPRINTS!! We did three sets of suicides! After the last set of suicides we went to our mats to do more abs. I seriously was about to throw up. I had to take a break I was so nauseous. I couldn't believe it, the first time I actually felt so ill!!

I finished and I made it through alive. YEAH!! Now I am going to get out my bridesmaid dress for Jeff and Vee's wedding. We will see if I really want to try it on yet or not!! YIKES!!

A side note, Extreme Boot Camp was sought out by the PR ppl for the movie Tropic Thunder and selected to help promote the movie. EBC will be at the premiere "doing" boot camp and featured on the tickets stubs for the Hollywood Arc Light Theatre. The boot camp trainers are very pumped and excited as this is great exposure.

ALRIGHTY, enough!! Going to try on dress, watch end of season finale of "So you think you can Dance" and PASS OUT!!
