Wow, So it has been so long since I have written, A WEEK!! Life has been crazy. The in laws arrived on the 31st and I kept my word and went to Boot Camp Thursday night but SKIPPED on Friday morning. Matt was sooo mad at me. He was like “GET UP” and practically pushing me out of bed. I am going to have to blame it on my sister in law. She stayed up with me until 11 sipping wine!!!
Anyway, so I skipped Friday day 10!! But got back on track this Monday. I actually weighed myself at home on Sunday. I shouldn’t have!! YIKES, oh well. They always tell us in bootcamp that they hate the scale. WELL, no DUH…us bootcampers hate the scale too. Isn’t that why we are here??
The results weren’t that bad. I have lost a few lbs, nothing drastic, or anything to get excited about.
We have been doing a lot of running. Yesterday, Tuesday, Day 12 we ran one whole lap around the park. Rumor has it that it is just short of a mile. I did well. I was proud. I can definitely tell that running out side is getting easier. We did a lot of legs too which is really what I would rather concentrate on.
Anyway, that is just about it for it now. I am going to really eat well this week (haha it is Wednesday). I know that if I can stick to a healthier diet and eat lots of protein and veggies I will be able to see the weight fall and my body tone up.
